I have a mare by your gorgeous stallion, and I was checking out your progeny page and thought I would let you know how proud of her I was the other weekend.

We took Allie and my sister's mare to a friend's place and we went out for a ride through the town I grew up in.

Allie barely blinked at the busy suburban surroundings, including trucks, kids on bikes, dogs, beeping horns and screeching tyres, the busy shopping centre car park and Saturday morning soccer, footy and little athletics kids running around, to name just a few. I felt like I was riding a much older, more experienced horse. She just took it all in and didn't fuss at all.

It reminded me of the photo of Aubusson in the city, and I really think she has inherited his quiet nature!

She is always easy to get on the float and doesn't mind where we end up (lessons, at a friends for a ride, a hoof trimming clinic, unfamiliar indoor, etc...) and is rock solid to tow in the float, never scrambling or fussing. She gets along with any horse, and is just pleasant to have around.
